Why Crack Infill Matters

Cracks in asphalt and concrete may seem minor, but they’re an open invitation for water ingress. Over time, this leads to freeze-thaw cycles, weakened surfaces, and costly deterioration. Safetrack® Crack Infill stops this damage before it starts.

A Smarter Seal with Chemical Precision

At the core of Safetrack® is a two-part resin system activated by a BPO (benzoyl peroxide) catalyst. When mixed, it triggers a thermosetting chemical reaction that rapidly cures the resin. The material flows into even the tiniest pores and fissures, expanding slightly as it sets to ensure full adhesion and a watertight seal.

The Result?

  • A long-lasting, reinforced repair
  • Blocks water ingress and freeze-thaw damage
  • Withstands heavy traffic and weather extremes
  • Reduces future maintenance costs
  • Protects the road surface for years to come
