Managing Director
Grant founded Red Stag Materials in 2018 and has led the continued growth of the business and its team. Based at our Inverurie office, he regularly travels throughout the UK to develop partnerships and support customers. Outside work, Grant can often be found supporting his hometown team, Elgin City FC.
Sales Manager
Gary leads the Red Stag sales team and brings a wealth of industry experience and strategic insight to the business. As one of Red Stag's earliest team members, he has a strong understanding of our customers, products and markets.
Business Development Manager
Based in Birmingham, Jonathan specialises in asphalt and surfacing products. He develops customer relationships, identifies new opportunities and supports businesses across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Business Development Executive
Danny focuses on internal business development, supporting customers with product advice and practical solutions. He builds strong customer relationships and helps identify the right products for a wide range of project requirements.
Marketing Manager
Bryony leads Red Stag's marketing activity, including brand development, campaigns, digital advertising, email marketing, social media and website management. She also coordinates trade events and uses a creative, data-led approach to support business growth.
Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant
Ellie is Red Stag's Marketing and Ecommerce Assistant, joining the team as part of her third-year university placement. Based in our Inverurie office, she supports a range of marketing and ecommerce activities and is excited to develop her experience while working alongside the wider Red Stag team.
Operations & Commercial Manager
Danny works across Red Stag's offices and operations, supporting customers, product demonstrations and commercial activity. He helps ensure customers throughout the UK receive effective infrastructure product solutions and dependable service.
Operations Team
Kev has more than twenty years of experience in materials control across the engineering, offshore, and oil and gas sectors. He brings strong organisational and analytical skills to his role, supporting accurate stock management and efficient materials control. Outside work, Kev enjoys live comedy and catering to the every whim of his two daughters.
Production Manager
Derek manages production activity and helps ensure operations continue to run efficiently. Outside work, he enjoys cycling and has also been a football referee for more than four decades.
Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor
Jake manages orders, transport arrangements and stock levels, working closely with suppliers and customers to keep logistics running smoothly. Outside work, he enjoys gardening and baking.
Operations Team
Stanislaw plays an important role within our warehouse operations team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse and ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. Outside work, he enjoys bouldering and strength training, activities that reflect the discipline, teamwork and positive attitude he brings to Red Stag every day.
Finance Administrator
Gail oversees accounts and payroll, working closely with the sales, operations and production teams. She helps maintain accurate financial records and ensures the company's day-to-day financial processes run smoothly.
Finance Assistant
Connor supports the finance function by managing purchase invoices, supplier reconciliations and employee expenses. Outside work, he is a keen footballer and golfer.
