Shipping Information

• We aim to deliver items from stock to our customers within 1-2 working days from receipt of order. Orders which are received before 9am, we aim to ship the same day. Goods which are shipped on pallets, such as bulk bags or larger quantities of products, may take longer, typically 3-4 working days.
• Items supplied direct from our supply chain partners may take slightly longer, in some cases, items which are manufactured to order can take significantly longer.
• If your order is likely to take more than 5 days to be delivered, we will contact you to advise you of the delay.
• Parcel deliveries will be made by one of our delivery partners, typically FedEx or DPD.
• Pallet deliveries will be made by a pallet delivery partner. In some cases, tail lift delivery can be provided, please state this during the order process if required. 
• During the checkout process, please leave contact details in which we can reach you to ensure a successful delivery is made.
• Bulk bag orders will incur a delivery charge as they use a palletised service with the exception of EZ Street Asphalt
• Cancelled or Refused Deliveries will incur a delivery and return delivery charge
