SikaEmaco® T 45 Highway is a high-performance, pre-mixed cementitious bedding mortar supplied in a 20 kg bag, designed for rapid repairs and installations in highway infrastructure and hard landscaping. Its shrinkage-compensated formulation provides high bond strength and rapid strength development, helping contractors complete essential repairs and return roads to service with minimal disruption.

The ready-to-use powder requires only the addition of water on site. Once mixed, it forms a stiff, workable mortar suitable for bedding and re-bedding access covers, installing manhole frames, securing kerbs and paving units, and anchoring steel components. Under specified conditions, it is designed to achieve a compressive strength of 20 N/mm² within 45 minutes, allowing early reopening to vehicular traffic.
