SikaEmaco® T 60 Highway Rapid-Setting Bedding Mortar – 20 kg Bag

SikaEmaco® T 60 Highway is a high-performance, pre-mixed cementitious bedding mortar supplied in a 20 kg bag, designed for rapid repairs and installations in highway infrastructure and hard landscaping. Its shrinkage-compensated formulation provides high bond strength and rapid strength development, helping contractors complete repairs and return roads to service with minimal disruption.

Simply mix the powder with water on site to produce a workable mortar suitable for bedding and re-bedding access covers, installing manhole frames, securing kerbs and paving units, and anchoring steel components. Under specified conditions, the material allows traffic to return after approximately 60 minutes, helping minimise disruption to roads and public areas.

Designed for demanding maintenance work, SikaEmaco® T 60 Highway can be applied in layers from 10 mm to 100 mm thick. It offers high early and ultimate compressive strength, freeze-thaw resistance and a very low chloride content, making it suitable for use around cast iron and steel components.
