SikaEmaco® T 90 Highway is a high-performance, pre-mixed cementitious bedding mortar supplied in a convenient 20 kg bag. Designed for highway maintenance, infrastructure repairs and hard landscaping, it provides rapid strength development and high bond strength to help contractors complete repairs efficiently and minimise disruption to traffic.

The one-component powder requires only the addition of water on site. Once mixed, it forms a stiff, workable mortar suitable for bedding and re-bedding access covers, installing manhole frames, securing kerbs and paving units, and anchoring steel components. The product is designed to achieve a compressive strength of 20 N/mm² within 90 minutes, allowing roads to reopen to traffic within approximately 90 minutes under specified conditions.

Its shrinkage-compensated formulation, high ultimate compressive strength and resistance to freeze-thaw conditions make it suitable for demanding external applications. The 20 kg bag format is convenient for contractors carrying out highway repairs, maintenance and smaller installation projects.
