SikaEmaco® T 60 Highway is a high-performance, rapid-setting cementitious bedding mortar supplied in a convenient 20 kg plastic tub. Designed for highway maintenance, infrastructure repairs and hard landscaping, it delivers high early strength and strong adhesion to help contractors complete essential repairs quickly and minimise disruption.

The pre-mixed powder requires only the addition of water on site, making preparation straightforward for professional users. It is suitable for bedding and re-bedding manhole covers, access chamber frames, kerbs and paving units, as well as anchoring steel components. Under specified conditions, the mortar allows traffic to return after approximately 60 minutes.

Its shrinkage-compensated formulation, high compressive strength and resistance to freeze-thaw conditions make it suitable for demanding external applications. The rigid plastic tub provides a practical packaging option for transporting, storing and handling the product on construction and maintenance sites.
