SikaEmaco® T 90 Highway Rapid-Setting Bedding Mortar – 20 kg Tub

SikaEmaco® T 90 Highway is a high-performance, pre-mixed cementitious bedding mortar supplied in a practical 20 kg plastic tub. Designed for highway maintenance, infrastructure repairs and hard landscaping, it delivers rapid strength development and high bond strength to help contractors complete repairs efficiently and minimise disruption to traffic.

The one-component powder requires only the addition of water on site. Once mixed, it forms a stiff, workable mortar suitable for bedding and re-bedding access covers, installing manhole frames, securing kerbs and paving units, and anchoring steel components. Under specified conditions, the product is designed to achieve a compressive strength of 20 N/mm² within 90 minutes, supporting the rapid reopening of repaired roads.

Its shrinkage-compensated formulation, high ultimate compressive strength and resistance to freeze-thaw conditions make it suitable for demanding external applications. The rigid plastic tub provides a convenient packaging option for transporting, storing and handling the product during construction and maintenance work.
