SikaEmaco® T 45 Highway is a high-performance, pre-mixed cementitious bedding mortar supplied in a convenient 20 kg plastic tub. Designed for rapid repairs and installations in highway infrastructure and hard landscaping, its shrinkage-compensated formulation delivers high bond strength and rapid strength development to help contractors complete essential repairs and minimise disruption to traffic.

The ready-to-use powder requires only the addition of water on site. Once mixed, it forms a stiff, workable mortar suitable for bedding and re-bedding access covers, installing manhole frames, securing kerbs and paving units, and anchoring steel components. Under specified conditions, it is designed to achieve a compressive strength of 20 N/mm² within 45 minutes, supporting the early reopening of repaired roads.

With high early and ultimate compressive strength, freeze-thaw resistance and a very low chloride content, SikaEmaco® T 45 Highway is suitable for demanding maintenance work, including applications involving cast iron and steel components.
